Pastor Jonathan Eckberg kicks-off our new series in 1 Peter entitled, “Alien Hope.” As followers of Jesus we know that we don’t (or at least shouldn’t) fit the mold of the world. As outsiders, this can lead us to feel rejected, awkward, even persecuted. How then are we expected to live a full and purposeful life? 1 Peter offers us a beautiful reminder of how we live our lives as aliens in this life.
